PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
All work performed by Bayou Panel Company is guaranteed for Quality and Performance within Industry Standards.
GENERAL SPECIFICATION:
Core-Materials-Premium Quality 45 lbs. Particle Board, MDF or Veneer Core Plywood:
Basic Core: 3/4T x 49”w x 97” L Particle Board and 1/4T x 48w x 96 L Plywood
Glue: PVA (Polyvinyl Acetate) Water Base & Environmental Friendly Adhesive
Laminate: Standard Colors from Formica, Wilsonart, Nevamar and Pionite. Vertical Grade, Post Forming Grade and Standard Grade are available for normal delivery.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Orders for stock core and laminates by Formica, Wilsonart, Nevamar and Pionite require seven (7) working days from the time confirmed orders are received. Orders for non-stock cores or laminates will require fifteen (15) working days from the time confirmed orders are received.
Note: The above delivery schedule does not include shipping time or laminate manufacture and core manufacture availability of non-stock items.
OTHER PANEL SERVICES:
Cut-to-Size Panels: Panels can be cut to customers specifications on CNC controlled saw with tolerances +/ - 1/32”. Parts can be custom labeled with removable labels for ease of sorting and assembly. All orders must be submitted in writing with authorized company signature.
CNC Machining: Panels can be machined by CNC control and accuracy including dowel holes, shelf holes, rabbets for backs, mechanical fasteners, grommet holes, etc. All orders require engineering drawing and specifications and must be submitted in writing with authorized company signature.
Finished Panels: Cut-to-Size Panels can be finished with HPL, Matching PVC or Wood Veneer Edgebanding.
